Sport Production Co-ordinator Job Description

The role of Sport Production Co-ordinator is a full-time position, based at our premises in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, with very occasional visits to site, possibly in the evenings or on the weekend.

Reporting to: Sport Manager

Below is a list of typical but not restricted to duties:

  • Assist with production administration including compiling, reproducing and distributing documents for Outside Broadcasts
  • Assisting with scheduling and crewing
  • Planning crew logistics – Booking hotels, hire cars etc and ensuring all crew know their arrangements and schedules
  • Ensure all schedules and documentation are accurate and comprehensive and to maintaining internal reporting
  • Assist with processing invoices and crew expenses etc to ensure regular deadlines are met
  • Performing other duties as required e.g. booking frequencies
